The Texas Association of Business Brokers (TABB) is the oldest
statewide business broker professional trade association in the
United States.
TABB's members are actively involved in representing both
Business Sellers and Business Buyers and individually offer
privately held Businesses For Sale, Mergers and Acquisitions
of all types, Franchises and Business Evaluations, and
Appraisals.
TABB's Affiliate members have joined as professionals in Finance,
Banking, Accounting, Law, Real Estate Brokers/Agents and
Appraisals.
TABB's founding members also were instrumental in creating and
forming The International Business Broker Association (IBBA), a
worldwide business broker association.

| · | Inform and educate the public and business seller/buyer on the use of a professional business broker. |
| · | Practice and protect a code of ethics by which its members would abide. |
TABB has four geographic membership chapters throughout the state.
They include Austin, Dallas/Fort Worth, Houston and San Antonio. The
four Chapter Presidents are State Board Officers in the State Chapter
and serve elected terms of one year.
